Ingredients

2 cups Brussels sprouts thinly sliced
1/4 cup thinly sliced shallot
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp
1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium/high heat. Add shallot and cook 3 minutes. Add Brussels sprouts and cook 3-4 minutes, stirring regularly. Season with sea salt and black pepper. Serve hot.
