2 cups fresh green beans, ends removed
1/2 cup green onions sliced into 2-inch pieces
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
- Heat olive oil over medium heat and add green beans, scallions and garlic. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with sea salt and black pepper. Serve hot.
