1/3 cup red onion, minced
1 cup parsley, minced
1/4 cup mint, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Delicious. Tried it last night.
